MANILA, Philippines — With DMCI Homes taking the top spot in the medium-rise residential development category, it’s only consequential for the builder-developer to literally, level up.

The company’s latest project is Flair Towers – a two-tower high-rise condominium complex that will reflect the same winning advantages that have generated success for DMCI Homes’ mid-rise projects all over the metro. Following the developer’s commitment to innovation, this project will emerge with its own outstanding attributes that will distinguish it from other products in the market.

Resort-inspired living

DMCI Homes uses its 55-year construction heritage to do what may seem impossible: turn high-rise living into a resort-style daily experience. Rising at 41 storeys on 1.4 hectares of prime land, Flair Towers uses the company’s expertise in creating luxurious communities for condo dwellers. DMCI Homes tempers the modern constraints of urban living through a grand solution: the Lumiventt Design Technology.

This innovative concept in high-rise living refers to an architectural building design that aims to maximize the natural benefits of “light” (lumen) and air (ventus). The Lumiventt design allows light to enter and fresh air to freely circulate among common areas and even in the residents’ individual units through Sky Patios, or three-storey high openings at the front and back of each building, on every five floors.

The sky patio and garden atriums are adorned with abundant landscaping and water features to provide not only fresh air but also an aesthetic relief to extend the modern-tropical theme of the entire development. The first tower also boast of a grand lobby and open lounge areas with Wi-Fi connection, function rooms, a sky lounge, and landscaped roof decks called The Observatory with an outdoor jacuzzi pool.

While the indoors are already designed with the resort-living lifestyle in mind, the outdoors further convey that ambience through country club-style recreational amenities. The Central Amenity Core will comprise more than one hectare of the property footprint. It will contain separate areas for active play and passive leisure activities.

There will be an Active Zone for playcourts, jogging trail, and playground; while the Pool Complex which will contain the lounge pool, lap pool, and the kiddie pool as well as the palm promenade, alfresco view decks, picnic grounds, and pavilions.

Prime location

Flair Towers will rise on a very prime location: Reliance corner Pines Street in the heart of Mandaluyong City. That places the site just one block away from the major thoroughfare of EDSA, two blocks from busy Shaw Boulevard, and two blocks from Pioneer and the Boni MRT station.

This address will make it very convenient both for young professionals and families who travel to and from home to the office or school, because of the accessible road network and transport depots. Aside from work though, the place also offers access to leisure establishments and important institutions.
